The Moses C. Norman International Leadership Conference is conducted bi-annually with emphasis on seminars,
guest speakers as well as promotion of business development opportunities to improve overall leadership of Omega Leaders.
For 2025, the conference was held in Detroit, Michigan. Major events included a Youth Leadership Conference,
Youth STEM activity, service awards for Fraternity members, administrative workshops and social activities.
Major sponsors included Amazon, Macy's, Omega Federal Credit Union and H&R Block.
