The Moses C. Norman International Leadership Conference is conducted bi-annually with emphasis on seminars,
guest speakers as well as promotion of business development opportunities to improve overall leadership of Omega Leaders.
For 2023, the conference was held in Nassau, Bahamas. Major events included a Youth Leadership Conference,
Youth STEM activity, service awards for Fraternity members, administrative workshops and social activities.
